HopQuote provides a platform for service businesses to manage quotes, bookings, payments, and event operations. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use HopQuote for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service or any systems or networks connected to it.
5. Payment and Fees
HopQuote offers both free and paid plans. Free plans include a service fee on booked quotes. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your account. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
6. Intellectual Property
HopQuote and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HopQuote and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit to the platform.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
HopQuote is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall HopQuote be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
